TWO
SIMPLE HEART-WARMING KOMIKS STORIES
During the onset of the “Golden Age of
Komiks” in the Philippines, many beautiful short stories were written and
illustrated, some with simple plots but nonetheless possessed heart-warming
narratives of family life, love and loyalty that are worthy of praise and
remembrance.
Simple stories of children and their
pets, the bond and the loyalty that hold between them, are common and yet very
much enduring that they bannered the covers of the komiks where they are
published. Just peruse the two stories below and you’ll know why.
