SEVEN REASONSWHY FERDINAND “BONGBONG” MARCOS JRWILL BE THE PHILIPPINES' 17TH PRESIDENT
It’s no longer a question of who will
win the May 9, 2022 Presidential Election. With just 45 days before election, Ferdinand
“Bongbong” Marcos Jr, popularly known in the social media as BBM, has already
exceeded the Absolute Majority (51%) in voters’ preference in all the major surveys.
The average of the four most recent survey tallies showed BBM garnered nearly
60% as oppose to his nearest rival’s 17%. We can, therefore, conclude that BBM
is already the winner.
Here are the seven major reasons why:
1
BBM has a simple and consistent program
and platform – UNITY and PATRIOTISM – that is, to unite a perennially polarized
nation and to establish an ideology that would lead the Pilipino nation towards
peace and progress. This as oppose to his political rivals concentrating on
maligning his person and saying bad words against him. The Pilipino people,
which have experienced more than three decades of such kind of dirty politics,
can no longer be fooled by such antics.
2
BBM’s supporters are driven by VOLUNTEERISM
and HOPE, and the fervent desire for CHANGE. People from all walks of life are
rallying behind him all over the country and around the world. With this kind
of support, he doesn’t even need to advertise himself, the people are doing it
for him – in the streets, in market conversations, in social media. In 2016,
these same people believed BBM won the vice-presidency. They believed he was
cheated because during that election, Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino was still the
sitting president that made it possible for Leni Robredo to steal the
vice-presidency. The failure of the COMELEC and the Supreme Court to correct
this wrongdoing further infuriate the people, and fuel the mass-based movement
to come out in the open and make their sentiments be known. The result is now
seen as a phenomenon of some sort – an avalanche of people coming out wherever
BBM goes. A show of force, the genuine people power, to prove that they indeed
voted for him in 2016 and, this time, they won’t allow him to be cheated again.
3
The OPPOSITION’S NEGATIVE CAMPAIGNING
BACKFIRED. Since BBM made his intention to run for the presidency, all the
opposition tried to do and still doing is malign his person and family. The
opposition tried everything to stop him: bringing up all the old black
propaganda against his father, the allegations of ill-gotten wealth, human
rights violation and unpaid taxes; filing cases after cases to disqualify him;
misinforming the public about his educational attainment; using the reach of media
networks to sow lies, disinformation and fake news to discredit him; and even
plotted to assassinate him. To top it all, BBM’s major oppositions and their
Internet news portal and online media trolls are receiving fundings from
oligarchic elites and foreign power blocs. All these made BBM the underdog,
endeared him in the hearts of the Pilipino nation, and in the course of his
struggle, it is now the mass of the people that is defending him in all fronts. (NOTE: Caricatures courtesy of The Manila Time)

The Pilipinos remembered the LEGACY left behind by Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos, BBM’s father, all its glories and
achievements. For it cannot be denied that it was during his time when the
Philippines reached its golden age as a nation. The infrastructures that Pres.
Marcos built and left behind are concrete and solid evidences of this. All the
major dams, bridges, roads, ports, hospitals, schoolbuildings, still in use
today and benefitting the Pilipino people, are genuine testaments of the Marcos
administration. Pres. Marcos and First Lady Imelda R. Marcos’ support for
native arts, culture, tradition, values, and aspiration are unprecedented. The
MARCOSIAN VISION that the Philippines can be a great nation still echoes
throughout the Philippines in the minds and stories by the old folks, parents
and grandparents, who are witness of the splendor and who recognize that it was
much, much, better during Pres. Marcos’ time than in the succeeding regimes.
5
The Pilipino people’s RESENTMENT OF
OLIGARCHIC RULE in the last three decades after the 1986 EDSA Revolt. Evidences
are now coming to public knowledge about what really happened before, during
and after that (in)famous days of February 1986, of how Pres. Marcos’ political
opponents collaborated with communist forces of the left and imperialist
lobbyists on the right to bring down his government, and of how the oligarchy
and the clerico-fascist hierarchy dominated control of the Philippines’
socio-eco-political fronts afterwards. Add to these, the abuses committed by Cory's Yellow regime and its cohorts: Mendiola Massacre, Hacienda Luisita Massacre,
assassination of activist leaders such Rolando Olalia and Lean Alejandro by the Yellow Army, massive illegal logging
and the denudation of forests and reforested lands, selling of Pilipinized
manufacturing plants and government-controlled utility service providers to
foreigners, etc. Documents, photographs, videos, hidden by concerned citizens
after Pres. Cory Aquino ordered all of them to be seized, purged and destroyed,
are now being circulated in the Internet. All these clearly show the magnitude
of disinformation and distortion of history committed by the Cory regime. The
quality of life in the Philippines is quite a lucid barometer of the situation
in the country, before and after the EDSA Revolt – the rich became richer and the
poor became poorer. In 2013, the global
index listed the 40 richest families in the Philippines controlling key sectors
of the economy, including giant media networks, water and power utilities,
communication, mining, major industries, and even the agricultural and logging
concessions, which were previously state-owned but privatized and sold by the
Cory regime. During Pres. Rodrigo R. Duterte’s administration, these
powers-that-be met a formidable barricade. But the job isn’t finished. BBM
intends to continue to bring down the oligarchic juggernauts. To this, the
Pilipino people are all in agreement.
6
The DUTERTE FACTOR. Filipinos preferred
a dedicated and strong leader who can deliver especially in difficult times.
Pres. Marcos and Pres. Duterte have proven this in many occasions. The negative
propaganda of calling them “dictators” no longer works. When Sara Duterte-Carpio,
they say against all odds, declared that she would be running as BBM’s
vice-presidental tandem, the rain becomes an outpouring storm. This cause the
fusion of many of the Philippines’ major political viewpoints. Solid North
allied with Solid South and all in the center rushing towards total unity, an
event that never occurred in Philippine politics. As this amalgamation leads to
the formation of the BBM-Sara UniTeam, political groups one after another
started aligning with them. The road to Malacañang has indeed been paved.
Victory in solidarity!

BBM is THE PEOPLE’S CHOICE! Bogus
fact-checker Vera Files do not agree because their biased and self-serving interest
is totally against this reality. Mathematics do not lie. With just 45 days before
the May 9 Presidential Election, BBM has increased his lead over his closest
opponent in voters’ preference in all the major surveys. In the most recent
surveys, even the youth and student sector, the so-called Millennials and
Generation Z, voiced their preference in favor of a BBM presidency. Having an
average of around 60% to 15% advantage at this stage, it can be said that BBM
is already the president-elect. Why? Because BBM already far exceeded the point
of ABSOLUTE MAJORITY (51% voters’ preference). This will be the first time that
an “absolute majority president” will hold the office. The point has been
established where it is mathematically and statistically impossible to reverse
the trend. In fact, it can also be said that his opponent can no longer try to
cheat. Why? Because the margin is so huge and employing any forms of cheating
would be too obvious, and insistence of it will create public uproar.
